I honestly have only good things to say about Plumbscan - they were amazing. I did some online research looking at a few different providers but within 2 minutes of talking to Sox I knew that he was The Man. His technical knowledge blew me away and provided insight into things I'd never thought about. Not for one second did it feel like a sales call, it was more like a one on one lesson or an educative conversation with an old friend. He's extremely friendly and loves a chat, he'll answer all your questions there and then because he knows it all. The admin staff (Dijana) was superb with updates and job management. Dion the installation ninja was quick, clean, polite, efficient and did a frankly phenomenal job. I've already strongly recommended them to all my family. We had a whole house water filtration system installed this week. Great communication with Sox throughout. The product was well explained in detail and Sox had answered all the queries we had. Even though there wasn’t much space around the water meter due to the landscaping present, Sox managed to resolve the issue by placing the system at an appropriate location. The installation went smooth and was done very neatly. Instructions post installation was very well conveyed by email. Earlier we had water taste issues as well as hard water stains all around the sink and taps. But now the water quality is excellent with no concerns. Very friendly and professional service from Sox and his Plumbscan team and would highly recommend to everyone.

Not only did Sox reply to my initial request for a quote within minutes, he continued to provide an excellent and timely service when I decided to have his water system installed for our whole house. Our water has lost the chemical after taste it used to have, my hair is much softer and the soap scum is gone!

Plumbscan installed a water filtration system at our house 3 weeks ago. From the first phone call and throughout the entire installation process Sox provided the highest quality communication and knowledge. Struggling with our sons eczema for a few years, I like to steer clear of steroid creams etc however after trail and error of creams and ointments this was the road we were heading down. We had heard of this whole house water filtration system and to be honest at first I was sceptical but for the heath of our sons we decided it needed to be done. I have made comments under my other google account review. I wanted to add a pic but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out how to edit my previous post. Anyway, attached is a pic of our new whole home water filtration system. This is just day 2 and we love it. No smelly chemical showers and the water feels different. Hard to describe but it just feels better. The quality of Plumbscans product is light years ahead of others we were presented. Sox knowledge of water science is incredible! So glad we researched more rather then accept the first option we were quoted on. If you want a quality system and the confidence it will last for many years to come, then Plumbscan is the way to go. SOX is not only knowledgeable on his product but also water quality. The service SOX supplies is amazing, his communication is forth rite and factual and he was available day and night to answer my curiosity and questions. Now we have a system that feeds our home clean reliable and healthy water, we can drink straight from the tap and, honestly the water feels so much smoother. Installation was a breeze, job started and finished in a little over an hour, no mess no fuss. In fact the area was cleaner and tidier when SOX left then when he arrived. I was getting very upset that my tapware and showers looked worn out after a new install just 2-years ago and in that time I had also replaced my kettle and my iron. Although as Sox explained, the damage cannot be reversed, further damage will now be reduced! Sox was fantastic to work with; friendly and professional. He explained the system, what to expect, what to do to prepare for the installation. He called when he said he would, emailed the info when he said he would and turned up when he said he would. What more could you want!! Extremely clean job too which was no mean feat as he had to dig a fair bit down as my water meter was sunken 20cm below ground level. Thanks for your hard work! See you in 12-months for my filter change :)

We recently had Sox install a whole of house water filtration system and we are already very happy with the result. The water feels gentler on our skin (i.e. not as drying) and the shower recess doesn't smell of chlorine after a shower. The water tastes more pure and our tea tastes smoother. Sox installed our water filtration system for the whole house as well as under the sink. We have had it for 1 year now, and I am so happy we decided to use Plumbscan. The water tastes and fees amazing. My hair looks and feels healthier, and I love the soft feel of the water in the shower. It's true, but I have no longer any cracks on the soles of my feet. I am so happy that my family is able to enjoy safe chemical free water everyday... And my tea, coffee and Sodastream tastes so good now too! I was made aware of PlumbScan's technology at my fitness/yoga studio where his water filter setup is in use. As I was impressed with the quality and taste of the water and I required a filter system myself in my new apartment I reached out to Sox. Once in contact with Sox the customer service was excellent and he set up an appointment shortly after and came over to install the under the sink system (without the requirement to use any fasteners or any changes to the sink). I would recommend PlumbScan to anyone who requires high quality water filters made in Germany.

Sox installed a water filtration system in our house in Cottesloe quite a few months ago now and this review is long overdue. Sox was very efficient professional enthusiastic and did a great job of not only installing our filtration system but the worknmanship was excellent and the end result was a very neat installation. Previous to the filtration system being installment our water was cloudy , we had low pressure due to the build up of sediment in pipes , the water was undrinkable due to the high chlorine ( which also caused rashes and asthma) All of these problems have been eliminated and we now enjoy very drinkable water , good pressure and no health issues due to water quality. I would highly recommend Sox if you are interested in solving any water filtration issues.

I would not hesitate to recommend Plumscan. We were working with another company for housewide water filtration and drinking water filtration, but started to have our misgivings about the company, their product and their ethos. When we met Sox from Plumscan we knew that we had found the right people for us. Sox is extremely professional, neat and meticulous with his work, warmhearted and most importantly he is passionate and informed about what he does. Everything is done to a very high standard, the components that he uses are top of the line and he's in the business because he wants to help people to be healthier. These filtration systems are used in hospitals and research institutions so you can rest assured that they are the best of the best. But the most exciting thing is what we have started to notice since the system was installed. Wow! The first shower with pure water from the heavy duty water filtration system was an amazing experience! The water is much softer, you can feel it on your skin straight away. Chlorine vapour is a thing of the past and we can drink clean healthy water from the shower and every tap in the house now. It's sad that we don't get clean water like this from the authorities, but very fortunate to have Plumbscan's expertise and great service available. Highly recommended.

Sox is extremely informed and knowledgeable in his field. I have been concerned about my water quality/content for years (including chemical fluoride) and have hated the taste of it! We will definitely recommend Plumbscan to our other clients. Sox was really helpful and called our client exactly when he said he would to explain the whole house system directly to them. He arrived on time to install it and was incredibly neat and careful of their garden, leaving it in perfect condition despite having to work over 2 rosebushes. After a few days of use, their water quality has gone from Subiaco's standard swimming pool taste to match bottled water in both taste and density, so they are very happy with the result, as are we!

Thank you for your friendly and professional service and high quality workmanship. We love our whole house filter, the water quality is great. The water feels softer and is less harsh on our skin. We have halved the amount of laundry detergent in the washing machine, towels no longer dry like sandpaper, and the dishes come out of the dishwasher without marks like they did before. I had been looking for a good water filtration system for some time. Reverse osmosis didn't appeal to me as it wastes water for one thing but I did want something to deal with fluoride and the myriad other things found in our water supply that I didn't want to be drinking. Sox was recommended to me by Wild Bakery in Freo (where you can bring in your own bottle or buy one and take home some filtered water to try for yourself). I'm only sorry I didn't get on this sooner. I cannot believe the difference! Aside from cosmetic things like the lack of water marks on glassware, my skin and hair are softer and the water tastes amazingly good. Soap and detergents lather better and washed clothes are softer, The fact that our appliances that use water will have an extended life is a bonus. We put in a whole of house including the retic which is coping well. Sox answered all my questions - and I had alot! Even after installation he was prompt in answering texts or emails. Sox is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does so I had no doubt that I was getting a system that would do exactly as he described and what I wanted. It's a quality installation so appeals to me also on a sustainability front. It's very durable and very well constructed. Tamper and weatherproof but with an easily accessible bypass should it be required. The unit was sensibly positioned in the garden bed and Sox left our garden in a better state than it was before. Nothing was left behind, the only sign he had been there was the filter system. Exceptional workmanship that's not so often found these days.

After many months of researching various options available, we decided to buy our whole house water filtration system from Plumbscan. We are so glad that we did. From the beginning the communication was professional and prompt, price was clearly displayed on the website and there were no hidden additional costs. All our questions were answered promptly. On the day of the installation Sox arrived on time, worked fast and cleaned everything up after the work was done. If it were not for the filter housing, one would not even know that we had any work done that morning. Having our filter for a few weeks now, we can confidently say that it is life-changing. Drinking water tastes way better than bottled one, showers are amazing (no more itchy skin and frizzy hair), washed clothes are softer and dishes don't have water spots any more. Sox installed a beautiful water filtration system this morning with an immediate change to the quality of water in our house. He was on time, curteous, professional and always kept us in the loop regarding costing, when cartridges will need to be replaced and what to expect once the system is up and running. He actually ended up installing the system a week earlier than we thought possible. Sox installed a whole house filtration system for me 2 months ago. The whole process from the time of the initial enquiry was first class with responsiveness and reliability being the keys. His workmanship was outstanding and reflected the enthusiasm and passion he displayed through all interactions. The water quality was immediately noticeably better and has continued to be so. I did encounter an issue with a slight reduction in water pressure and emailed Sox on a Sunday morning regarding this. He rang me within 3 minutes and was able to identify the issue (not of his making) and detail a solution over the phone. Within 24 hours he had visited and rectified. A month ago, Sox installed a whole of house Water Filter system. Absolutely top quality workmanship and equipment. The quality of the Water coming out of the Tap was absolutely superb, equal to any bottled water. Today he is installing a finer Filter to further improve our drinking water and remove the Fluoride. Sox will serve it once a year at minimal cost. Our vegie Garden and lawns are loving this pure water :)

WOW…IM IMPRESSED, AND THATS NO EASY FEAT AS WE WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DAY IN DAY OUT AND EXPECT ONLY THE VERY BEST….. My wife and I have renovated two full homes before and have dealt with all the tradesman you could imagine, the good, the bad and the ugly and Sox was hands down THE BEST tradesman we have ever used by far!!! He went above and beyond what we expected…. From the first phone call where we were just enquiring about water filtration for our home as we have a young son and sick dog and want the best for our family, we received all the information plus more that we could have asked for. From answering all our questions, coming to check the pipes/water meter, to install and after sales service, this guy is the real deal when it comes to water filtration. There was not a question he couldn't answer. We always get three quotes on all jobs we get done for the house and this is the first time ever we didn't even bother to get another price or information from a different company, there was just literally no need. Sox was on time every time, he did a great neat job and even cleaned up after himself… a lot of tradesmen leave a mess behind them…but Sox didn't. We ended up going for a whole house stage 3 system and Sox even organised a Fluoride filter to remove Fluoride from the water for us….Again he went above and beyond… The install is extremely neat, the equipment is top notch from what I saw and was explained, and the results speak for themselves. No more smell in the water (chlorine we think) that we drink, cook, shower/bath or wash our clothes with. The water feels softer in the shower and we are happy that our little guy is not getting any chemicals into his system or on his skin. All I can say to others, if you are thinking of getting water filtration of any kind, speak to Sox… He will guide you down the right path, he did for us.
